We require a rental application prior to showing the property. We require an application for any person over 18 years old that will live in the household. We do run full credit, background, criminal, and sex offender checks.

Qualifications:

Total Household Income greater than 3 times the amount of the monthly rent (paystubs/proof of income for the previous 30 days must be attached to the application)

Proof of Funds for Security Deposit (equal to one month's rent) and First Month's Rent Payment

Valid ID with Photo (must be attached to the application)

We do not have a minimum credit score but any recent evictions/judgments, auto/credit card/utility accounts in collections, or major criminal history will disqualify the application. 

We do not allow smoking or pets in any of our properties.
