Jamie Masten
jamie@mastenrealty.com Jamie Masten is the Owner and Broker of Masten Realty, L.L.C. He was born and raised in the City of Milford with family roots dating back to the 1800's. He received his real estate license in 1997 and has since helped clients close sales of over $50 million dollars worth of real estate. His sales experience includes homes, lots, farms, mobile home parks, offices, shopping centers, and subdivisions. Jamie received his appraiser's license in 1996 and has since earned the state's highest certification for appraiser's, General Certified. He actively appraises all types of real estate including residential, commercial, and land. His appraisal experience includes hotels, subdivisions, farms, homes, shopping centers, offices, and industrial properties. Along with sales and appraisals, Jamie is involved with multiple development projects including Harmony Hills in Camden and Church Hill Landing in Milford. Renovation projects include the Watson/Carlisle House (which consists of a mix of commercial & residential units) and the Old Courthouse in Milford (which is now the home of Masten Realty, L.L.C.) Upcoming projects include a business park in Milford (Patriot Plaza) and shopping center in Lincoln (Lincoln Plaza). Outside of the real estate world, Jamie is a current planning commission member for the City of Milford, is a member of the Rotary Club, and a past chairman for the Central Delaware Ducks Unlimited Chapter. |

Wes Cromer

Wes enjoys golfing, boating, surfing and taking his family to the State Parks. A graduate of Milford High School and the University of Delaware, Wes has combined his education and sales experience to be a successful and hardworking Realtor. Charles Jones
charlie@mastenrealty.com Charlie is a Harrington native and currently lives west of Harrington near his family’s farm. Charlie has been involved in the Real Estate business since 1985. In that year, he began a career at DelDOT working in their Right of Way Section. In 1992 he created and started what is now known as Vernon Creek, Inc. Vernon Creek consisted of a retail garden center and landscaping company located in Harrington that employed more than 25 people. Missing the real estate industry, in 2001, he sold his retail end of the business and returned to DelDOT to work in their Planning/Real Estate Section. After a short period Charlie enjoyed the Real Estate business so much he wanted to assist the public in selling or buying property. He obtained his Real Estate License in January of 2006 and resigned from DelDOT in April of 2006. His knowledge of DelDOT’s entrance permit requirements and process makes him a magnet to answer questions from homeowners, developers or just someone wanting to know. He is a people person and always has an ear to listen. He has met many people through his diversified employment history. His motto has always been “…it’s better to build a bridge rather than burn one….” His rapport and reputation at DelDOT is insurmountable and can get to the bottom of things with quick answers. He and his wife Laura of 21 years have 2 boys named Dustin, age 19 and David, age 16. His hobbies include family snowmobile trips to their cabin in Potter County Pennsylvania, a good day of deer hunting with his sons in Kent County or an afternoon on the Rehoboth Bay crabbing with his family. He also enjoys a good wrestling match as he is an assistant wrestling coach at Lake Forest High School. You can also find Charlie making those delicious roast beef sandwiches behind the counter at BIG AL’S Roast beef at the Delaware State Fair. He has been co-owner of BIG AL’S since 1988. |
